Born in a family where his father was a chef and his mother a baker, he surprisingly didn’t think that cooking was for him. At 15 years old, he started working at McDonalds. You can’t ask for more when it comes to learning discipline and punctuality. He then started working in small Montreal restaurants, which lead him to the kitchen of the province’s biggest hotels. Like many, he definitely started from the bottom. Here he is, 27 years later, now an accomplished chef.
