  1. Cut the fish into cubes
  2. Place the pieces in a bowl
  3. Press 3 limes into the bowl
  4. Let the fish rest for 20 minutes
  5. Dice half of a red onion into small pieces
  6. Put the onions into the fishbowl
  7. Cut the other half of the onion into small pieces and put aside
  8. Cut up half of a parsley bunch and add into the bowl
  9. Cut up one orange pepper into small cubes and add into the bowl
  10. Take out the tomato’s green leaves
  11. Cut out the centre of the tomato
  12. Cut the tomato into small cubes and place in a bowl
  13. Cut the sides of the cucumber into slices
  14. Cut the rest of the cucumber into small dices and add into the bowl
  15. Use the zest and juices of an orange and add to the bowl
  16. Cut up a few slices of grapefruit for plate decor, and use the rest to squeeze out some juice
  17. Put the juice into the bowl
  18. Mix the contents of the bowl
  19. Add some salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil and apple cider vinegar
  20. Mix the contents of the bowl
