Ingredients:
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 tbs black pepper
1 tbs chilli flakes
1 tbs smoked paprika
1 tbs dry oregano
1 tbs cumin
3 tbs butter
40 gm green onions (separate whites from greens)
300 gm sliced white onion
900 gm of hand-chopped beef
