Born and raised in Italy, Chef Marianna has always been passionate about cooking. In 2019, she turned this great passion into a career. Chef Marianna is a member with the “Associazione Italiana Chef” in Rome, and the “Associazione Italiana Chef” in New York. She is proud to be the founder of the Authentic Italian Cuisine Initiative which is involved in promoting real Italian cuisine in the United States and Canada. She takes joy in experimenting and creating new recipes by trying combinations of different flavours and textures between the various ingredients. Chef Marianna’s cuisine is classic and at times modern, certainly within the reach of all those who love good Italian food and want to have fun in the kitchen!
