Born in Canada and raised in Italy, Chef Luciano is a red seal certified chef with a genuine passion for the culinary arts. His dedication to the art of cooking started when he was just 7 years old. Over the years he developed and focused his passion for cooking by going back to his origins and discovering old recipes, adopting old practices and rekindling the authentic craft of creating wholesome flavours.
