Chef Erika is the founder of Ixiim. In less than 4 years she went from a small catering company to an internationally recognized Mexican Culture and Gastronomic promoter. With a growing business of Food adventures including a cafe-art gallery-Mexican boutique and restaurant, festival booths, massive catering divisions, teaching, food demonstrations and pop-up events; Erika is always trying to innovate and find ways to promote Traditional Mexican food in an industry that is new for her.
