Steps
- Cut the fish into cubes
- Place the pieces in a bowl
- Press 3 limes into the bowl
- Let the fish rest for 20 minutes
- Dice half of a red onion into small pieces
- Put the onions into the fishbowl
- Cut the other half of the onion into small pieces and put aside
- Cut up half of a parsley bunch and add into the bowl
- Cut up one orange pepper into small cubes and add into the bowl
- Take out the tomato’s green leaves
- Cut out the centre of the tomato
- Cut the tomato into small cubes and place in a bowl
- Cut the sides of the cucumber into slices
- Cut the rest of the cucumber into small dices and add into the bowl
- Use the zest and juices of an orange and add to the bowl
- Cut up a few slices of grapefruit for plate decor, and use the rest to squeeze out some juice
- Put the juice into the bowl
- Mix the contents of the bowl
- Add some salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil and apple cider vinegar
- Mix the contents of the bowl
