Chef Trevor Ritchie has been cooking for over 20 years. Chef Trevor represented Canada in the Hans Bueschkens Culinary Challenge in 2010. He brought home the grand prize and gold medal. He was named “Chopped Champion” on Food Networks “Chopped Canada” season 1. In 2019, Chef Ritchie represented Canada in the world’s most renowned and coveted culinary contest, the Bocuse d’Or, after earning first place in the Canadian Selection Competition, second place in the Americas Continental Final, and competing in the Grand Final in Lyon, France.
