Chef Andrey Kravchenko has worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 12 years. He is also a YouTube creator of ThinkOFood. He was born in Ukraine, moved to Israel with his family, and studied culinary for four years there. Chef Andrey came to Toronto to study Business Management at Humber College and made Ontario his permanent residency. He has travelled around the world, visited, and worked in different restaurants to learn and study different cultures, ingredients, and methods of cooking. His personal style of cooking is to cross cultures and he is doing it by applying his knowledge from different places that he has visited to create dishes that can represent several cultures and bring flavours and memories to the dinners. He is always trying to stay on the learning curve and not stop educating himself about new things, flavours, and places that he has not visited yet.
