HK Style Milk Tea
- Heat 200 cc of water in a pot until the water is boiling hot
- Put 4 teaspoons of tea leaves into the boiling hot water
- Let it boil for another 3 to 5 minutes
- Pour 1/4 to 1/3 of 2% evaporated milk into the cup
- Use a tea filter to pour tea into the cup
- Add sugar to your liking
