HK Style Milk Tea

Instructions (1cup/200cc):

  • Heat 200 cc of water in a pot until the water is boiling hot
  • Put 4 teaspoons of tea leaves into the boiling hot water
  • Let it boil for another 3 to 5 minutes
  • Pour 1/4 to 1/3 of 2% evaporated milk into the cup
  • Use a tea filter to pour tea into the cup
  • Add sugar to your liking
