Chef Suhail Sayed

Chef Suhail Sayed originally from Mumbai, India. He has been a food enthusiast and culinarian for 24 years. Traditional family gatherings from back home and his mother’s unique technique to play with the combination of spices to create flavourful dishes inspired him to pursue this career. He started his career by completing an apprenticeship at one of the prestigious hotels to date – Hotel Oberoi in Mumbai, India. 

He is an accomplished Chef in Classic French, Mediterranean, and Traditional East Indian Cuisine. Some of his proudest accomplishments throughout his career include being accredited as Certified Chef de Cuisine by the Canadian Culinary Institute, becoming a private chef for an event in Dubai hosted in honor of the Dutch Royal Family and being the Silver Medal winner in Fish competition at Salon Culinaire Dubai.
